Some good ole pork tenderloin for dinner! Simple, easy, quick and so deliciously comforting.
Butter & olive oil
Stone Ground Mustard
Red wine vinegar
Use olive oil & seasonings to rub tenderloin.
Sear Pork in butter on high heat.
Add in carrots & Jalapeños.
Add a couple dashes of Worcestershire, about 1/4 C of vinegar and beef broth. Drop a couple spoonfuls of the stone ground mustard on right before baking.
Cover & bake at 375° until pork is done. I served with rice!
