Eggs for Breakfast sandwiches, done EASY & FUN


This is the easiest, most fun and best way to get an egg that fits on a biscuit sandwich perfectly! Also, cleanup is SO easy!

My kids LOVE this one because they love to crack the eggs right into the pan for me!



Directions:


  • Grease a 12-muffin pan with your favorite oil.

  • Crack one egg into each muffin vessel.

  • Season to your liking. I use salt, pepper, garlic powder.

  • Bake at 350 degrees until done to your liking - I usually do 12-15 min.

  • Pop them out and eat them alone or on a sandwich!

I love to create a board full of all the fixings for breakfast sandwiches - mayo/butter, hot sauce, bacon or sausage, biscuits, onions or scallions, and let people do what they love!
