This Teriyaki Chicken is so good, my husband took one bite and said to me "WOW, this is like from a Chinese restaurant!" I took that as a sign to share this one! So easy and comes together so quickly, with ingredients you already most likely have at home!
· 1lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut quite small
· 4 T olive oil
· ¼ C Soy sauce
· ¼ C honey
· 1 T garlic Powder
· 1 T Ginger
· 1 T Onion Powder
· Pepper (no salt because the soy sauce is so salty already, but throw some in if you like!)
· 1 t Red Pepper Flakes (optional if you love a bit of a kick)
· 2 t Sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
Cook the chicken thighs in the olive oil until done.
Add in soy sauce, honey and spices. Do not add in the sesame seeds quite yet.
Stir well to coat all the chicken.
Allow to cook until nice, thick and bubbly
Remove from heat & add in Sesame seeds, add as much as you would like!
Serve over a hot bed of white sticky rice garnished with some scallions on top!
